Their websites aren't the best but it has influenced me to create a design that was combined by the two. A lot of white space and having just a single box with content which I designed with the size of 800x600. And I also wanted to just go with the style of the client-supplied logo.
At first I was going to put the snowman as an animated clip but I had realised that the supplied logo was not editable and therefore would just cause more complications and I also don't want the website to look over the top. I would also love to have done more but because of time-limit, I was not able to.
I had decided to use a dreamweaver template as a design. Originally, flash was idea but because this is a website for a small air-conditioning business, there's really not much into it. And also, I wanted the website to be easily accessible. Having flash requires plug-ins, templated don't.
